Both roll a self-rinsing mop, guard it over carpet, map 4 floors and recognise obstacles with a camera. Dreame's dock washes at 100 °C where Roborock stops at 75 °C, and the Dreame steps over a 42 mm sill. Roborock publishes a run time of 242 minutes; Dreame publishes none for the Aqua10.

In practice
Across our typical homes the two fit the same places until size or budget comes in. Big floor plans need a published battery figure, and only Roborock gives one, so on our biggest multi-level home with a long-haired dog the Roborock roller comes out on top. The Aqua10 never undercuts it.
Where Dreame earns its premium is the wash and the threshold. A hotter dock rinse and a robot that climbs about twice as high suit older houses with timber sills between rooms. Both robots are tall, 120 mm and 119 mm, so measure the gap under your couch first.
