Both robots leave their mop pads at the dock for carpet and use a camera to recognise obstacles, so either suits a home of hard floors and rugs. The Saros 10R is $550 cheaper. The X60 Ultra answers with 35,000 Pa of claimed suction, a 100 °C mop wash and a 45 mm single-step climb.
Pick the Saros 10R if
your floors are mostly flat inside and you'd rather keep the $550. It also publishes a run time (180 minutes), which Dreame doesn't for the X60.

In practice
Height is a tie: the Saros 10R stands 79.8 mm with no turret at all, the X60 Ultra 79.5 mm with its laser retracted. Either slides under furniture that stops a turret-topped Qrevo at 96.5 mm.
The suction figures are each maker's own, and neither publishes how it was measured, so treat 35,000 Pa against 20,000 Pa as a marketing gap rather than a cleaning one. The differences you'll notice are the hotter mop wash and the bigger climb on the Dreame, against the lower price on the Roborock.
