Roller mops
A roller scrubs a fresh strip of cloth as it turns and is rinsed while it works, so it suits homes that mop more than they vacuum.

Reading the table
Prices are what each store charged on the day we checked, including GST, for the robot with its standard dock. Several were on sale against a much higher struck-through price; model pages show both. Suction is the maker’s own figure from its own test, so compare it within a brand rather than across brands. “Drops mops” means the robot leaves its pads at the dock before it vacuums carpet; a lift figure is how far the pads rise instead. Roller mop models can’t drop their roller, so they lift or cover it.
A camera matters most with pets and cords on the floor: it lets the robot recognise an obstacle rather than only detect one. The matcher on the home page turns your floors, pets and storeys into the features to look for.
Dreame’s own Australian comparison page lists mop lift heights and how many floor maps each of its robots keeps. (Dreame Australia, checked )
Roborock’s Australian comparison table gives run times, battery sizes and which models detach their mops. (Roborock Australia, checked )
Ecovacs’s Australian warranty page sets a one-year base term and longer terms for named Deebot families. (ECOVACS AU, checked )
