Dreame X60 Ultra

Our take
Fits 6 of our 12 typical homes
Dreame's $1,999 flagship drops its mops for carpet, sees with two cameras and lowers its laser to stand 79.5 mm tall. It suits most single-level homes we model, but Dreame publishes neither its run time nor its map count, so big and multi-storey houses fall through.
Pick another if your home looks like one of these: 200 m² two-storey, carpet, a pet; 250 m² two-storey, rugs, heavy shedders; 140 m² two-storey townhouse, hard floors; and 3 more.

Good for
Rooms with thresholds and low furniture. Dreame rates it over a single step of 45 mm, the joint highest climb figure we list, using retractable legs. Its pads lift 21.5 mm for low rugs and detach for deep pile. It claims 35,000 Pa, among the highest suction figures in our table.
Watch out for
The missing run time and map count are the reason our matcher passes over it for a large or two-storey home; Dreame may well have the figures, but it doesn't print them. Roborock's Saros 10R also leaves its pads behind for carpet and also navigates with a camera, and it costs $550 less.
Living with it
Dreame heats the mop pads while they scrub, then the dock washes them at 100 °C, dries them, doses detergent and empties a dust bag rated for 100 days. With the laser raised it stands much taller, so measure the clearance it actually needs from Dreame's own figures. The warranty is 3 years.
