Good for
Hillside yards and steep battleaxe blocks, well past the 45% limit of Mammotion's own two-wheel-drive YUKA mini 2. It maps up to 20 separate zones and drives the paths between them, so a front lawn, a back lawn and a strip down the side all count as one job.
Watch out for
It cuts a 200 mm strip, narrower than Mammotion's LUBA 3 at 400 mm, so a big flat lawn takes it longer. Mammotion publishes no theft alarm or PIN lock for it, only a stop when it is lifted.
Living with it
Setup is the light part: there is no wire to bury and no aerial to mount, because it finds its way with a 360° LiDAR and cameras. You walk it around the edges once in the app and draw the zones. Built-in 4G comes with three years of Mammotion's service, so it stays reachable when your Wi-Fi doesn't cover the back fence.
A second, smaller disc rides beside the main one for edges, and the cutting height runs 20–65 mm. Mammotion's warranty is 3 years.
