At $799 this is the cheapest robot in our matcher for a two-storey home with hard floors, because Dreame publishes that it keeps 4 maps and its dock dries the mops with warm air. The cheaper Ecovacs T50 Omni gives no map count, and Roborock's Qrevo L can't confirm heated drying.

Good for
Townhouses and split-level homes without pets. Its dock rinses the spinning mops in water heated to 80 °C and empties the bin into a bag Dreame rates for 100 days. The mops also swing outwards to reach along the edges.
Watch out for
It ships with a plain rubber main brush and no anti-tangle claim for it; Dreame sells a hair-cutting brush separately and doesn't confirm it fits this model in Australia. Its obstacle sensing is structured light, not a camera. Together those take it out of every pet home we model. The mops lift 10.5 mm and never come off, so deep carpet is out too.
Living with it
Automatic detergent isn't standard: the dispenser is an optional module Dreame lists on its store. The longest run time it quotes, 230 minutes, is vacuuming only on its quietest setting. It weighs under four kilograms, Dreame says, light enough to carry up a flight of stairs without complaint.
